Deadline of monthly payments

In order not to go into delay, the deadline for monthly payment in accordance with the payment schedule:

If you will make a payment at a Banks Branch later than 17:00, the amount will be sent to Rangeld Finance the next business day, respectively, will be credited to the Rangeld Finance account only on the 2nd business day from the date of payment.

Pay the microloan on time in order not to miss the deadline and not to spoil the credit history.

Payments earlier than in payment schedule
You can deposit the required amount in installments as you accumulate money, if it is convenient for you. In this case, the money will be credited as an advance payment and will be taken into account when paying the next payment.

Payment by a third party at Banks branches
The third party needs to have their ID with them. When paying, he must indicate:

  • IIN of the Borrower;
  • Microcredit agreement number.

Pay more than indicated in the payment schedule.

Penalty for late payment of the monthly payment if the maturity date is a day off or a public holiday
There will be no penalty for late payment of the monthly payment for this period. If the maturity date coincides with a weekend or a public holiday, you can make the payment on the first business day.

Temporary troubles with payments

EARLY REPAYMENT FAQ

Partial early repayment

You can make partial early repayment at any time without any restrictions and without any fees.

For this:

  1. Make payment for the desired amount in the usual way.
  2. Write an application for partial early repayment at the dealership where You purchased the car.

Your application will be processed within 3 business days. The Financial & Insurance specialist will inform you about the readiness of the new payment schedule.

Full early repayment
You can make a full early repayment at any time without any restrictions and without any fees. The procedure is as follows:

  1. Ask required amount for full early repayment on the date you plan to do full repayment. Send a request by E-mail or call to Rangeld Finance Customer Care.
  2. Make payment for necessary amount in the usual way.
  3. Write an application for full early repayment at the dealership where You purchased the car.

Within 5 working days, a representative of Rangeld Finance will contact you and notify you of the readiness of the power of attorney and a letter of permission for Police Department. After notification, you need to go to the dealership where you purchased the car and get the relevant documents.

CUSTOMER SERVICES FAQ

Certificate of loan debt
You need to send a request to the Client Support Service or go to a dealership and write a request. If you want to get a scanned version of the statement via E-mail, write it in a message and specify your E-mail address. You can get the original statement from a Rangeld Finance representative at the dealership within one business day after submitting the request. We will let you know when it is ready by phone.

Reduce the term of the microcredit
You need to send a request to the Client Support Service or go to a dealership and write a request. Indicate in the request for how long you want to reduce the term of the microcredit. Your request will be processed within 3 business days. The microcredit manager will inform you when the new microcredit repayment schedule is ready. Then, within not less than 10 calendar days, you need to go to the dealership where you obtained the microcredit and sign a new microcredit repayment schedule.

Decrease the amount of your monthly payment
Make a partial early repayment as usual. Then send a request to the Client Support Service, or go to the dealership where you purchased the car and write a request. Your request will be processed within 3 business days. The microcredit manager will inform you when the new microcredit repayment schedule is ready. Then, within at least 10 calendar days, you need to go to the dealership where you obtained the microcredit and sign a new microcredit repayment schedule.

Extend the microcredit term
The maximum term of microcredit can't be longer than 5 years. Extending the microcredit term will decrease the amount of your monthly payment. Send a request to the Client Support Service or go to the dealership where you purchased the car and write a request. Your request will be processed within 3 business days. The microcredit manager will inform you when the new microcredit repayment schedule is ready. Then, within at least 10 calendar days, you need to go to the dealership where you obtained the microcredit and sign a new microcredit repayment schedule.

End of the microcredit
Within 5 business days after the full repayment of the microcredit, if the last payment is made on time, a representative of Rangeld Finance will contact you and inform you that the Power of Attorney and Encumbrance Release Authorization Letter for the Traffic Police Department are ready. After the notification you need to go to the dealership where you purchased the car and get the relevant documents.

PLEDGE FAQ

Changing the license plate of a car

You need to send a request to the Client Support Service or go to the dealership and write a request. You can get a Rangeld Finance representative's Authorization Letter for the Traffic Police stating that Rangeld Finance has no objection to the replacement of the car's registration license plate without releasing the encumbrance within 5 business days from submitting the request. We will let you know when it is ready by phone. The Authorization Letter is provided free of charge.

Sell the car and repay the microcredit early
Find a buyer and make full early repayment of the microcredit (at the expense of your own funds or by drawing up a contract with the buyer of the deposit). Release the car from the encumbrance and conclude the purchase and sale agreement with the buyer.

Life Insurance

In case of fatality or establishing Group 1, 2, or 3 disabilities, you should apply to the insurance company within 30 days. The payment of the balance of the microcredit will be made to Rangeld Finance on account of the full repayment of the microcredit.

Microcredit insurance
The insurance program which Rangeld Finance gives you in case you have refused a Fully Comprehensive Insurance. The main difference of this program from Fully Comprehensive Insurance is that in the case of an insured event, the insurance payment will cover only the balance of the microcredit, and you will have to restore your car at your own expense.

The validity of the CASCO for other drivers of my car
The CASO Insurance contract is valid for all drivers who drive the car on a legal basis (driver's license, police of Compulsory Civil Liability Insurance of Vehicle Owners).

Validity of the CASCO Insurance after repayment of the microcredit
The period of the Fully Comprehensive Insurance is established by the insurance contract and often exceeds the term of the microcredit. In that case, your car remains insured even after the complete repayment of the microcredit. You can always check the period of the Fully Comprehensive Insurance with Client Support Service.

Difference between Compulsory Civil Liability Insurance of Vehicle Owner and the CASCO Insurance
Compulsory Civil Liability Insurance of Vehicle Owner is compulsory insurance of civil liability of the driver of the vehicle to third parties.
The CASCO Insurance is voluntary insurance that covers various kinds of damages (as a result of an accident, unlawful acts of third parties, etc.).

How to use microcredit correctly
Microcredit is a convenient financial tool and you need to know how to use it correctly. If you sign a microcredit agreement contract, it means that you automatically agree with all conditions. It is important to think carefully before deciding to obtain microcredit and take full responsibility for it.

It is necessary to analyze the conditions of granting a microcredit:

  • Find out the annual effective interest rate:

Find out what the annual effective interest rate (AEIR) of the microcredit is. AEIR is the sum of all your overpayments per year. The lower is the AEIR, the better for you are the conditions of the microcredit. Rangeld Finance informs the Borrower about the AEIR as well as the repayment methods before signing the microcredit agreement.

  • Choose the repayment method that is convenient for you:

The annuity method involves that the Borrower pays monthly equal payments and the principal is repaid on an accrual basis throughout the microcredit term. There is also the differentiated method (equal installments) when the principal is repaid evenly, but the amount of payments is in descending order. If you choose this method, your total family income must be about one-quarter higher than if you choose the annuity method. It should be noted that the choice of the repayment method is not only based on the Borrower's wish but also depends on the parameters of the requested microcredit and the Borrower's financial capacity to repay it monthly.

  • Pay attention to the microcredit term:

The amount of the overpayment depends on the microcredit term. If the microcredit term is longer, then the overpayment on the microcredit will be higher. Ask Rangeld Finance representative about the conditions of partial or full early repayment of microcredit, namely whether there is a possibility of early repayment at any stage without penalties and overpayments. According to the law on microfinance activities, microfinance organizations cannot charge penalties or other types of fines for the early repayment of microcredits. You will pay interest only for the actual days of using the microcredit.

  • You should study the microcredit agreement before you sign it:

It is very important that you only sign the microcredit agreement after you have studied the conditions carefully! If you do not understand anything, ask the manager of Rangeld Finance or, if possible, consult a lawyer. Do not hesitate to ask the manager any clarifying questions about the conditions of the microcredit, the rights, and obligations of the parties, including the consequences in the case of arrears.

Actions in case of temporary troubles with payments

When should the Borrower apply to Rangeld Finance

The Borrower should apply to the Client Support Service for restructuring the microcredit within 30 days after the date of arrears with a written application or in any other way which is stated in the microcredit agreement. In the application, it is necessary to specify what has caused the arrears. You should select the options of possible restructuring and provide supporting documents that prove the decrease of income and the impossibility to pay the obligations.

If the information is incomplete, the Borrower shall submit it within 5 business days after receiving the notification from Rangeld Finance.

How long does it take to consider the Borrower's application
Rangeld Finance responds to the Borrower's application within 15 calendar days.

WHAT ARE BONDS?

Bonds are debt securities. The holder of the bonds can receive the invested money and income at the end of their validity (circulation). The process of returning money on bonds at the end of the circulation period is called repayment.

IS THERE A GOVERENMENT GUARANTEE ON THE BONDS?

The bonds are not a deposit, so the CFGD guarantee does not apply to them. According to the terms of the Bond Issue Prospectus, the return of invested money and the payment of income is the responsibility of  Rangeld Finance MFO LLP. IS IT POSSIBLE TO RETURN THE INVESTED MONEY AHEAD OF SCHEDULE?

Yes, it is possible by selling the bonds of Rangeld Finance MFO LLP (To the Issuer).
By the decision of the Participant, (General Meeting of Participants) The Issuer has the right to redeem its bonds on organized and unorganized securities markets during the entire period of their circulation. Any of the bondholders has the right, within 15 (fifteen) calendar days from the date of the first publication of the relevant information on the redemption of bonds, to send a written application for the redemption of bonds owned by the bondholder to the address of the Issuer's location.
Bonds whose holders have not submitted written demands for the redemption of their bonds shall be redeemed upon expiry of the bond circulation period in accordance with the procedure provided for in the Bond Issue Prospectus.

IS THE INCOME ON BONDS TAXED?

CAN I MAKE ADDITIONAL CONTRIBUTIONS ON BONDS?

No, but you can buy additional bonds with this amount.

IS IT POSSIBLE TO INHERIT THE BONDS, OR SELL/CEDE/DONATE THE BONDS TO A THIRD PARTY?

HOW CAN I CONFIRM OWNERSHIP OF PURCHASED BONDS?

The bonds are issued in electronic format. After the purchase, you will be able to see detailed information in the mobile application or get a paper statement from your broker, or from Central Securities Depository JSC. A personal account statement is a document that is not a security issued by a Central Depository or a nominee holder (broker) and confirms the rights of a registered person on financial instruments at a certain point in time.
